Changed minds and sizing
As our printed apparel is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference, except as required by applicable law. Please check product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review your concern and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund, where eligible. This does not limit any rights under applicable consumer law.
Missing packages
If you believe your order was lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. Once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Approved refunds
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when funds appear.
