Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout before payment. Made-to-order products require production time before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, and your destination.
Tracking and addresses
We provide tracking information when available. Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as quickly as possible about errors; once an order is in production or has shipped, changes might not be possible.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If an item arrives damaged or seems lost, contact us promptly with your order number, description, and photos where relevant. For damaged or misprinted merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For packages that may be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.
